10分鐘濃茄湯烏冬

想快快有濃茄湯烏冬吃?其實不太難,也不必要加入調味茄膏,單純鮮茄已夠好味!

材料:3-4個大蕃/青菜半斤/冰烏冬一個/魷魚圈(選擇)

1) 首先要茄量十足,一人份湯要3-4個大蕃茄。

2) 蕃茄連皮滾5-8分鐘,之後用叉壓爛去皮回鍋,便有茄蓉的濃厚口感。

3) 加100ml水連配菜開蓋煮滾,倒入熟烏冬便OK!

這顏色的茄湯不比外面吃的失色呀!
